I am glad that the Lord has called Brian and Diana Starre to exercise their gift of helping others through the H.E.A.R.T. Ministry. They certainly have proven themselves and their calling by their faithful attention to the needy pastors, churches, and people of our area. They have been used of the Lord to encourage and help train God's servants and people in such areas as soulwinning, discipleship, finances, and other spiritual and practical areas of the Christian life. Many can attest to their zeal for the Lord, spiritual wisdom and Bible knowledge, and their great ability for leading people to the Lord and helping them in their spiritual growth.
